SINGAPORE:-

AUTISM RESOURCE CENTRE  PATHLIGHT SCHOOL
Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school offering the Singapore mainstream curriculum with special accommodations and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). MILK provides educational grants to students from low-income families in Pathlight School.

BEYOND SOCIAL SERVICES
Created in the 1960s with its roots in Bukit Ho Swee Social Service Centre, Beyond Social Services exists to curb delinquency among disadvantaged young people and their families. MILK partners with Beyond for anti-delinquency and educational programmes.

COUNSELING & CARE CENTRE
Counselling & Care Centre is a non-profit organisation offering psychological counselling and training services. MILK and Students Care Service work in collaboration with CCC to provide counselling services to families in crisis, in addition to other financial or social support.

NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICE
National Council of Social Service (NCSS) leads and coordinates the social service sector in Singapore. NCSS identifies service gaps, pioneers new programmes and sets guidelines. MILK Fund partners NCSS with to provide critical assistance to people with disabilities from low income families through the Assistive Technology Fund (ATF). NCSS administers the ATF where as MILK provides a top-up subsidy for those who are unable to afford the co-payment.

STUDENT CARE SERVICE
Students Care Service, established in 1975, is a leading social service organisation that enables students to maximise their potential. MILK partners with Students Care Service for the Compassion Fund programme to reach out to and help students and their families at their critical point of need after a crisis.




OVERSEAS PARTNERS:-

CHINA

LUO YUAN CHURCH – LUO YUAN, FUJIAN PROVINCE
This local church has established strong relationships with the Luo Yuan community and County Leaders, and is engaged in social welfare programs in response to frequent natural disasters and daily livelihood struggles of Luo Yuan, the 2nd poorest county in Fujian Province.



PHILIPPINES

DOMINICAN HOLY ROSARY SCHOOLS
This is run by the Dominican Sisters to serve the children and youths of the Tala region from primary to college academic levels.

OUR LADY OF THE STAR NURSERY AND FEEDING CENTRE
Since the 1950s, the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Sisters supervised the centre with the main objectives of caring for the poor and malnourished children of leper patients – giving them food and basic literacy skills.

TULOY FOUNDATION
Tuloy Foundation runs a street children centre at the Tuloy sa Don Bosco Street children Village in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines which seeks to transform young boys and girls at risk, particularly the ones of the streets, to become valuable members of future generations.



THAILAND

POPULATION AND COMMUNIC DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (PDA) – THAILAND
PDA operates a wide variety of programmes designed to assist the rural poor of Thailand including family planning, income generation programs at village level, environment conservation, vegetable banks, industry relocation into rural areas, mobile health clinics, environmental education programs, and a democracy project.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH FOUNDATION (SDRF) – THAILAND
The SDRF is involved in rural development projects in 4 major regions of Thailand and their programmes are in the areas of education, leadership development and livelihood.



TIMOR LESTE

ALOLA FOUNDATON (TIMOR LESTE)
The Alola Foundation was established in 2001 by East Timor’s First Lady Kirsty Sword Gusmao, and works with local East Timorese women’s groups to respond to the needs of East Timorese in the areas of education, maternal and child health, economic independence and promoting the interests of survivors of violence and their families.

CLINIC CAFE TIMOR (CCT) – TIMOR LESTE
Created in 2000 to work alongside Timor Leste Ministry of Health, CCT is a community-based programme that offers health services to coffee farmers and their families who live in remote mountainous coffee growing districts and might otherwise, be poorly or inadequately serviced by the mainstream healthcare system.
